VybeTye Lessons involve easy to learn, entertaining art for all ages. The intention is to create a stress free environment for participants to enjoy time unplugged from the daily hustle and bustle. Attendees will learn basic tie-dyeing techniques and take home the creations from their artistic session.

The lesson consists of full hearted step-by-step instruction by myself (artist/guide), tie-dying by attendees and positive energy shared by all! Purpose: to create a memorable experience that will be tangibly and mentally cherished forever. Goals: to spark creativity, bring people together and relieve stress.

Why VybeTye Sound Baths?

Sound Bowl Meditation is important for health. Everyone loves music for its positive impact and flexibility to fit any occasion. So think about it like this… songs you adore, that bring you a sense of understanding, joy or peace, are still produced synthetically. As much as I love the band Khruangbin, I hear them through a transmitting speaker presenting an electronic conversion of their organic creativity.

Like the great trio Khruangbin, sound bowls also produce a harmonic “tune” with similar healing elements. The unique difference is that sound bowls produce tune solely from raw, organic (crystalized rock) instrumentation. On top of that, when experienced LIVE, the impact has an ethereal-esque effect, explaining the list of positive results on the human body.

The combined effect of sound and vibration induces deep relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and can improve sleep, pain, and mood. The harmonic frequencies of the bowls also help to focus the mind for meditation and promote a state of mindfulness, while the vibrations can activate the body's relaxation response to restore balance and harmony to the body and spirit.

VybeTye’s Sound Bath experience includes hand selected instrumentation and energy to elevate mind, body and spirit. The crystal sound bowls used are specifically hand selected for clearing negative energy, heart opening and creative tap-in. I also sprinkle in other sounds to elevate the sound bath sessions.
